We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
 

Custom and handmade items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will work with you to resolve any issues in this case. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aandjinteriors.co.uk with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at alan@aandjinteriors.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING

At A & J Interiors, we strive to process all smaller orders within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information.
For handmade furniture or custom pieces, please allow additional time for production and shipping, as these items are crafted to order and may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on what it is. Please note that any delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
